• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Services.

• Only upload Content you have the right to use and share.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any Content you upload to Tytio. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and display your Content to provide the Services.

You confirm that:

• Your Content does not infringe third-party rights.

• Your Content complies with all applicable laws.

We are not liable for Content uploaded by users but reserve the right to remove or block any Content that violates these Terms.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Commitment Terms: Subscriptions are available as either a rolling monthly commitment or an annual commitment.

• Fees: All fees are outlined during the sign-up process and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

• Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period.

7. Refund Policy

Tytio is committed to providing a valuable service to its users. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 7 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Refunds are available only to new users during the first 7 days of their initial subscription.

• Request Process: To request a refund, you must contact us at contact@tytio.ai within 7 days of starting your subscription.

• Refund Scope: The refund applies only to the subscription fee paid. Additional charges, such as taxes or third-party processing fees, may not be refundable.

• Exclusions: Refunds are not available for renewals or subsequent subscription periods.

Refund requests will be processed promptly, and eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Tytio incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to provide insights, recommendations, and other features. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated outputs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Validation of Information: The content, facts, and recommendations generated by the AI are for guidance only and should not be considered final or authoritative. It is your responsibility to validate and verify all information before using it in decision-making or public communications.

• Potential for Errors: Despite ongoing efforts to improve accuracy and detect errors, AI systems are susceptible to inaccuracies, known as “hallucinations,” where incorrect or fabricated information may be presented.

• No Guarantees: Tytio cannot guarantee the correctness, completeness, or relevance of AI-generated outputs for your specific needs or circumstances.

• Liability: Tytio is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated outputs. You assume all responsibility for how you use the information provided by the platform.

By using Tytio’s AI-powered Services, you acknowledge these limitations and accept the associated risks.

9. Data Privacy and AI Processing

User Data Privacy

Tytio is committed to ensuring the privacy of the data you provide. We take the following measures to safeguard your data:

• No Training on Your Data: Any data you upload to or generate through Tytio will remain private and will not be used to train or improve Tytio’s AI models or algorithms.

• Restricted Access: Your data will only be accessed or processed as necessary to provide our Services or in accordance with your instructions.

AI Processing

Tytio leverages third-party AI services, including OpenAI and other providers, to generate insights and outputs. When your data is processed by these services:

• API Use: Data processed via API integrations with third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI) is handled under the terms and conditions of the respective provider. At the time of writing, OpenAI states that data processed through their API is not used to train or improve their models.

• Compliance with Provider Policies: We continuously monitor updates to our AI providers’ terms and policies to ensure compliance and data protection. If these terms change, we will take appropriate steps to inform users and adapt our practices to maintain privacy standards.

Third-Party AI Services

While Tytio makes every effort to ensure that third-party AI providers adhere to strict privacy policies, we cannot guarantee their compliance beyond the representations made in their published terms. By using Tytio, you acknowledge that:
